My HP leptop sound is working bad...Closed

Hello, 


I have a HP leptop  and I've got some problems with it, I hope you can help... Something's wrong with the sounds.. It does work, I mean you can hear it but not clear, it "gets stuck" sometimes or it's like there's another sound, very annoying.. The quality of voice is very bad... I have Windows 7... Can it be because of Windows or maybe some virus? HELP! :S
