My Facebook account was disabled.

Hello,


My account was disabled since 24/07/2012 without any reason,
and I am sure that I did not publish any unapproperiate content,
so I try to contact facebook team by sending the disabled form,
and I got their reply,they say I need to verify my identity by attach my document,
so I prepare the document by reply the mail with the attachment,but the mail cannot send out,
may I know what is the proper address that can contact Facebook Team?

The same issue has occurred on my account. The links you have sent are fine, but they dont work as when you fill in the details and try to send it, there seems to be a server error? Facebook is a joke
