Good day here., i kindly need ur help about my hp dv6 laptop, i was browsing online then the laptop shutdown itself, me hoping its normal when over heating., but when i waited for some mins to switch on, i noticed the keyboard lights are on but the screen is blank/black., have tried the steps about remove d power and holding power for 60sec but still not working, kindly help.., i need u assistance.,thankx.

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Once again unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the

power button for 60 seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON

the laptop and later put the battery back into the laptop.

2) If the problem still exists then click on the below link and follow the instructions
