Hello,
It can easily be done through three steps. First of all, get your phone connected to your PC by the use of USB cable (note that you need to have your Nokia PC Suite installed already on the computer).
Then start the Nokia Suite and select Tools > Software Update
Select the updates you want to download and select Install.
