Try this 1
1) Click on the below link and follow the instructions
http://www.samsung.com/in/support/model/GT-S6102UWAINU-downloads
Click on "Software" and download it.
2) You need to contact your SIM Network Customer Care for the instructions.
They may help you in configuring it by giving your the APN etc.
