Keyboard malfunction hp pavilion ze4500

NID SOME HELP !!

my hp pavilion laptop's keyboard is malfunctioning !!!

sometimes the keyboard is functioning well but sometimes not
The backspace functions as mute but functions well,along with the letter s

other letter such as a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,k,l,m,n,q,r,t,v,w,x,y,z functions well
some number like 8 and 9 is also malfunctioning

The malfunctioning keys are functioning only whenever I type them along with another letter like a,s,d

I have a feeling that the problem is numlock or the button "fn" but don't know if it's correct

Days ago I've fixed it but it returned and I'm having problems fixing it again

Hello,

One of the easiest solution might be to disable the keyboard and to use an external one.

Please try it and hit back to indicate whether it works properly.
