windows will not start evera time Closed

Hello, 
My HP laptop G62 will not stert every time only grey screen.Then i shut down and start again then works normaly, it is not always just once in about 3 months.


Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 537.1

Hello, 

It may be coming from the signal cable to the monitor which moves and causes this trouble, please check it out and connect it properly. It may also be coming from other hardware though.
