I can't watch movies, play games on my laptop

Hello,

I just realized that I have not been able to play games or watch movies on my HP laptop. Every time I try to, the screen scrambles and ma laptop freezes
I have had my laptop for about 4 years and never had an issue with it until now. Please help

Hello,

This may be an issue with the graphic card or RAM memory, may be you need to have them upgraded, please send the laptop to a competent technician for confirmation.
