Hello,
There is only one way to desinfect USB and it's with a tool called USBFix which you can download here:

(The above link is from Kioskea's French site)
The tool is in French and is not available in English.
1. Once downloaded, connect your key.
2. Launch the tool.
3. A screen with buttons will appear
4. Click on "Recherche" (search)
5. Click on "Suppression" (deletion)
6. Click on "Vaccination"
The tool will delete the malware and vaccinte your drive against future viruses.
Repeat the process for all of you USB drive devices.
