Hello Mzeles,
Here is what I suggest:
1. In Outlook click on the question mark. (main menu bar)
2. Click on Look for updates and follow the prompts, install the updates if any.
If the isssue is not solved,
3. Click on the question mark
4. Click diagnostic and follow the prompts.
