first u should see sound driver is install or not in device-manager if not u can see yellow sign mark in speaker picture. some times it is automatically delete . we can install from our mother boards c d. 2nd in side the control ,there is sound setting it may be goes in mute .so look carefully sound setting and correct it , thanks
