Hello,

I recently upgraded my computer form windows xp service pack 2 to windows 7. Now I want to use headset and was told to instal realtek hd driver 2.70 but it still doesn't work. can't use the headset still, no sound at all. please help.

Hello,

I suggest you install sp3.

What is the make and model of your headset?

Did you purchase it new ? Did you have a CD with it?
