Mirroring data from multiple sheets into one summary sheet

Hello,
I have as sheets with data in them, I would like to create a summary sheet in the same workbook such that whenever any of the sheets are updated, the summary is automatically updated with all the contents entered into any of the sheets. I tried consolidation function but it doesn't help my cause as it keeps adding the data and the values in the cell or counting it.
The data is the number of penalty charge notices issued(from Apr 12 to date)/to be issued (in the coming months) during the 12 month period with their issue date, amount etc.

i think u would need to provide more detail. preferably post on a public shared site a sample workbook with how data is and how u would like to see and post back the link to the file back here
