Hi shanu123,
Try to format your Transcend pen-drive using these steps:
1. Right click the Computer/My Computer icon on the Desktop.
2. Select Manage.
3. Click Disk Management under Storage from the left side.
4. In the bottom middle you will see the graphical representation of your drives.
5. Right-click the USB Flash drive and select Format. It should format now.
Do reply with results.
