Hi sureshmanne,
If you have issues with the Realtek Audio Drivers, you can find a range of Realtek Drivers available for download from the below link, try downloading then uninstalling/installing the drivers and see if the issue is fixed:

If you have problem with Real Player you can try uninstalling/installing the Real Player. You can download Real player from the below mentioned link:
https://www.real.com/realplayer
