I have hp pavilion 6500.
the laptop is working,have the necessary sounds after i
turn it on,but the problem is that the screen stays always black
even if i connect it with other screen using gdmi and vga ports.
i dont know what to do, maybe the video chip is ded

Hi

Remove the battery and cable
Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
Replug and boot
