Audio in laptop doesn't work when its connected to the TV

Hi Ami98,
As you have mentioned you have tried changing all the settings, I would just like to check if the audio processor on the Video card is enabled or not. To enable the audio processor on the Video card, follow the steps below:
1. Right-click the volume control icon on the bottom taskbar and click on "Playback Devices". This will open a window for sound options.
2. In the "Playback" tab, select "Digital Output Device" or "HDMI" as the default device, click "Set Default" and click "OK" to save the changes.
Do reply with results.
