I have a problem with Microsoft Office starter?

Hello,
I would respctfully ask anyone to help me with this problem which is:
someday I have open the Microsoft Office starter and then I have been informed that there is new updates of it, so I have proceeded with this. However, when I let it do this, I noticed that Microsoft Office starter didn't open and gave me this letter whose screenshot is below from time to time. I have awaited in order the downloads complete. However, I didn't see any progress.
In addition, when I opened any office file, I notice this message and I noticed that there isn't any progress in the downloading

I would appreciate it if you help me.

Hi a cooperator,

This helped other users, try and see if this works:

1. Restart (or completely shut down and then power on) your computer.
2. Click Microsoft Word Starter 2010 and let it complete its processing.
3. Let it finish downloading the "required feature."

It normally takes 5-7 minutes for the request to process (depending on the internet speed it might take more time). The download also requires significant time (it is normally 10-15 minutes but can exceed if you have slow internet).
