You probably need to go to the Dell web site and download the audio driver for your model. www.dell.com (support tab)

you will want to download the audio drivers for that PC. If you go to the dell website you can find the drivers when you search the dells model. If you have trouble post your model and I'll see if I can't get you sorted.
