I can't install dell web cam central

Hello, please some one help me
i can't install dell web cam central on dell n4010
it is saying that
setup could not detect any dell webcam central on your system

Hi amitdazzlerf,

Try the below mentioned steps and see if the issue is fixed:

1. If the Operating System has been recently Installed the drivers were not installed in the correct order. Check the below mentioned link for the correct order of drivers Installation:

2. Once the drivers are installed in the correct order and you are still not able to install the Webcam Central software. Try the steps in the below mentioned link:

3. If you have tried all the steps in the above link and still the issue is not fixed, run a diagnostics on webcam. Use the link below to see the steps on how to run test on webcam:

If the test fails replace webcam.
