Hello,
Hi can anyone explain why the picture on the web cam has become sudenly grainy?, the picture was clear but then when I connected it the other day the quality had changed. I have tried changing the resolution & sharpness etc, but the settings have no effect. I have unistalled the driver and re installed, but this has not improved the picture. Any ideas?

Hi,
The lower the megapixel rating on the camera, the more distortion and grain any pictures taken can have. The amount and type of ambient light will affect the color and the brightness of any pictures taken.
Try the below mentioned steps and see if this fixes the issue:
1. Verify All Packing Material has Been Removed and the Camera Lens Is Clean.
2. Disconnect all External Components.
3. Increase the Available Light, Adjust the Direction, or Change the Color of the Light Source.
Do reply with results.
