I have a dektop E machine that wont boot up on switch on everything runs but screen just shows the e logo.Please help

Your hard disk probably has a unreadable sector and Windows can't load. You can download a burn a Linux bootable CD and test to see if you can boot from it. Google "Ubuntu" for a download location.
