I would recommend you to disconnect the power cable and the battery and to hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and try to boot again. If the issue persists, you should seek assistance from a technician. There may be a problem with the power port or the motherboard of the laptop. If the laptop is under warranty, contact the seller.

5 years later - same problem and removing power cable and pressing power button worked...thanks
