Hello,
I use a Virgin media supplied modem.
Had this for several years. Recently when an incoming telephone call arrives the connection to Internet cuts out. I have to rest the modem each time thi happens.
I am 83 years of age and not adapt at computer technicalities. Is there a simple solution?

I suggest you call customer support at Virgin media. They should be able to identify the problem and provide a solution.
