Hello,
I bought a VGA to RCA (they do call it VGA to 3 RCA) cable to connect my Laptop display to my Analog CRT TV. I connected the VGA pins to laptop and RCA to television. I have a graphic Card in my computer. Yet, I was not able to view the display on TV. Some suggest that I need a Convertor Box, i've also read that the computer can convert the signals into the required RCA signals. Please Help me about this. I'm using Windows 7.

Here's the easiest way to connect your PC to TV. Please check the below mentioned link and see if your devices (viz. TV and Laptop) meet the required configuration, you will not need any devices other than a cable:
