Sound comes through my headphones on my laptop, but not on my PC

Hello,

Recently, I bought a Turtle Beach Headset Z11. But, when I plugged it into my PC, it didn't install, or even recognize that the headset was plugged in. But, when I would plug it into my laptop, it would work fine. Can anyone tell me why it's doing this?

Hi evey93,

This might happen if the Sound Card in your Desktop PC is not working or the Drivers of the Sound Card are missing/corrupt. Please try any other headphones/speakers in the same jack. If they don't work try uninstalling and then reinstall the Audio Drivers.

Oh, thanks! I re-installed the sound card and my headphones are working.
