First make sure that you have downloaded the correct drivers for your PC.
Go to your manufacture's website and download the correct drivers for your audio
device.
OR
Let us know your PC\Laptop brand name and model number.

Sorry the model number plays a key role in such a situation.
Click on the below link and follow the instructions
https://support.lenovo.com/fr/en/
Click on "Laptops & Tablets". Now it will prompt you to select the series etc. So the model number is mandatory to help you in this.
