i need help please with my toshiba satellite L770 i can not boot it . tried to do system recovery keep getting error message . F3-F000-0018 it then says error occurred please press ok to turn ff computer.

can anyone help? it would be greatly appreciated

I think you need to send in he laptop for repairs...the error message means that the hard drive is failing...what you can do is replace the hard drive and install a new copy of the OS.
