Hello, i had toshiba satellite L650, never format it since i bought and now i need to reset to factory settings. here is my issue that when i hold the 0 key and press the power button sometimes it beeps and wont show the warning just straight running normally sometimes it shows Windows 7 and if i press it its works normal. So how should i reset it to factory settings?????
