Hello,


im getting error code 902. i tried to format my laptop but it gets stuck on the error message. tried pressing f11 to do a restore but failed. cant access bios either. please help. how can i format my laptop

Try this 1

Let us know your laptop brand name and model number. If its hp then clean all

the vents, blow out with canned air. Make sure that dust doesn't exist in cooling

fan.

Hello,

I already cleaned the vents several times. i was told it needs to be reset or formatted. i know how to reformat a laptop but i just cant get past the error message. btw, model is HP Mini 210-1013ee. Product # is wd344ea#abv. please help. thanks.
