Hi takumiusui,
Which is the Web Browser (such as Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) that you are using? Try changing the Web Browser and see if the issue still remains. If the problem exists after changing the Web Browsers, click the "auto-detect proxy settings for this network" checkbox in the "Network Settings" of the Web Browser.
Do reply with results.
