Hello,
My facebook account was frozen because someone hacked it & i need to send them a message to let them know that the size of the picture that i'm trying to send them won't go through & i have tryed everything.I need help please

Hello,

What about resizing the picture ? What is the size ? What is the format ? Do you have any photo editing software ?

the size is 1.17kb and and tried to size it 15mb & down loaded picture resizeing program but no luck,what program do you suggest?

1.17kb is much smaller than 15mb.

Normally if you use your Windows photo editor, and do save as, you can change the format to jpeg which is the smallest by doing "save as".
