Boot manager compressed and after hitting cl-alt-del it loops

Hello,

After I hit clear alt del system loops back to the same screen. I tryed to reinstall the windows 7 from the disk and nothing will show up on the screen. Is there any help for my dell computer? Its on total freeze up.

Just what is your problem?

Did you compress the boot hard drive?
