If you're looking for freeware, they are a lot of them available online.
Naunce Dragon is the most common software.
But, the software cannot guarantee error free transcription. If you want a service, https://gotranscript.com/ is one.
Note that services are human based, software are auto transcription.

I use http://scribeon.com/ - it's actually the newest audio transcription service introduced to me by a friend who works as an IT. The outcome is very accurate, those guys have good ears.
I have to say Kandy has a point. If you use software, there's actually a risk of inaccuracy. But if it's a transcription service, a human with sharp ears who transcribes produce accurate results.
