Hello,

I am using sony vaio e series laptop windows 8 .my windows do not work what can i recover it please tel me .
I am using sony vaio sve 151221 e serice laptop
But windous 8.corrupt what can i do

Hello,

Try this 1

1) When you switch ON your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get "Startup

Settings" options ( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep tapping the

F8 key)

2) When "Startup Settings" appears, press the "F10" key.

3) When the "Launch recovery environment" appears, press the number key "1".

4) When the "Choose an option" window appears, select the option

"Troubleshoot".

6) When the "Troubleshoot" window appears, select the option "Refresh your

PC".

Make sure you read "Here's what will happen" and then proceed with the on

screen instructions.
