Hi haydes,
As you mentioned "after half hour of booting it started but i cant see my e drive". Do you mean the pen drive is detected by the computer but is not showing in "My Computer"? if so, please follow the below mentioned steps and assign a drive letter to the pen drive from Disk Management Console and check:
1. Press Windows key + W to Search your system settings and type "Disk Management" in search box. Select Create and format hard disk partitions from the left pane.
2. Select and Right click on the desired drive and choose on Change drive letter and paths.
3. A new window will pop. Click on the Change to change the drive letter.
4. Choose any letter of your choice from the available options -> click Ok. You will get a confirmation or warning dialog box. Click "yes" to confirm.
Do reply with results.

Hi haydes,
Please reply with the following details:
1. The size and Model Number of the Hard Drive(s).
2. If the 750 GB E: Drive is a separate Hard Drive?
3. What is the file system of your drive(s).
4. Exact System Model Number of your HP computer.
Please do write back to us.

Hi haydes,
I have checked the HP ENVY dv7-7210ex Notebook PC Product Specifications. I find that this computer is shipped with 750 GB SATA (5400 rpm) Hard Drive. If the Hard Drive size is 750 GB you cannot have another E: drive partition of 750 GB on it.
When you open "Windows Explorer" (to open "Windows Explorer" Press "Windows Key" + E on the keyboard), what are the drives that you see?
Please do write back to us.
Thanks & Regards

Hi haydes,
The link that you provided me is for HP Saudi Arabia, I tried opening the link but the page won't display correctly. Please check the below mentioned image:
http://s4.postimage.org/4rbwzaplp/image.jpg
So I tried opening HP Middle East (please check the below mentioned link) and searched for HP ENVY dv7-7210ex Notebook PC Product Specifications. Here it shows in specifications against Hard Drive "; 750 GB SATA (5400 rpm) Up to 24 GB partition for system recovery":
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03512866&cc=emea_middle_east&destPage=document&lc=en&tmp_docname=c03512866
Apart from this please check in System Setup (BIOS) as to what is the size of the listed Hard Drive. Please refer to the Service Manual of the Laptop to find steps on how to enter the BIOS.
