Hello,
Ever since I updated my Gateway LT3103 to windows 8 the Alps touch pad will not work. I have installed the updated driver which was supposed to fix this problem in Win 8. I would appreciate any help anyone can give.

Thanks!
David

Hi David,

I have checked the Generic User Guide of Gateway LT Series Netbook and I find that there is a Hotkeys to enable and disable the touchpad. Try using <Fn> + <F7> key to turn the internal touchpad on and off.

Do reply with results.
