PC boot-up improper, always restart continuously after 1sec.

Hello,
hey guys...please need some help.don't know why my pc doesn't boot properly.monitor is on, i switch the cpu on but, it seems that it's always restarting after a second then it continuously restarting.never open my desktop, no signal output
OS:XP pack3
motherboard:FOXCONN

Hello,

Try this 1

Remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try an

another slot. Check your RAM also. Even bad RAM causes such problems.
