Using words as answers

Hello,

I am trying to set up my spreadsheet to answer me in WORDS.

such as if cell D:11 is a negative number
cell D:12 needs to read "YES"

and if D:11 is a positive number
cell D:12 needs to read "NO"

Possible?

Hmmm i think this requires some advanced skills to do that but to answer your question i think it's possible
