New laptop is showing windows 7 ultimate is finallising

in my laptop there is no cd ... when i open my new laptop i write a passward then on screen it show that no disk is there.... after selecting few options it shows in a box windows 7 ultimate is finalising ..... i left my inspiron laptop on and also on charging for few hour.... but nothing haapend then again i powerd off and i click f12 key and after that i screen open and there was no key for Esc ..so i click install thinking that windows 7 will intall... but it was ubuntu started intalling like ... so i powerd off and again turn on laptop and it show a black screen written 3 points and showing that i have to i.sert a disk and click to repair ... ur boot is not assessible
