i open the control panel and it is open as same like before but when clicking some icon then it display the message like " there is no item to display ",
so my control panel is open but it is not open the icon

I suggest you use the Windows 7 Repair disk. It might be able to fix the problem. You probably didn't burn the disk when the computer was new. But, perhaps you can get a friend to bur one for you.
