How to Restore an Inspiron Mini

Hello,

On my mini, I identically downloaded windows 8 and when I try to restore factory settings, I'm getting different things rather than a screen where I can choose restore to factory settings. Is there anything I can do?

TRY pressing Ctrl and F11 while powering up

You might have to wipe your HDD and do a fresh install of windows 7
