Copying and pasting images without the white background

Hello,

i have microsoft excell and im trying to coppy and paste an image from the internet my picture folder but i copy to excell first then save to picture folder and i get a white background instead of just the clip art can you give me steps on how to do this, please

If the image had background color, i believe you have to edit to make it transparent
