SonyVaio Shift/Ctrl/Alt don't work even with new keyboard???

Hello,

I have a Sony Vaio I use for students and there are keys that do not work. They are Shift, Ctrl, and Alt. I bought a new wireless keyboard for it, but when I tried to use it, the same keys do not work. Is this a problem that can be fixed?

Hello,
There might be a problem with the Sticky keys. Let me know your "Operating System".
