hi my laptop has got windows vista. when i insert a disk its not opening. but other cd's like movie, audio cd opens. whats the problem? i have got the driver installed also

If you have problems with a single CD then it's probably a defect with-in that CD or with the CD-RW drive that created the CD. I suggest you test the creating drive - it might need to be replaced.
