Can't open the "Recycle Bin"

Hello,

Can anyone help me, please?
i can't open the "Recycle Bin". when I right-clicked it, these 4 options appeared:

"Cut"
"Paste"
"Create Shortcut"
"Delete"

what should I do?

Hello,

Try this 1

Click on the below hyperlink "Fix" and download the file.

Fix

Double-click on it --> Follow the on-screen instructions --> Restart your PC.

it did not work. I tried what you said. do you think it is caused by a virus? but anyway, thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.
