BOOTMGR is compressed

Can someone please help me someone put Windows 7 onto my toshiba satilite L350-205 which came with vista, it kept saying low memory so i compressed my laptop and when i turned it back on it now says BOOTMGR is compressed press cyrl+alt+del to restart and when i do it just keeps doing the same i dont have a recovery disc and i dont know what to do,

Hello,
Try this 1
When you switch ON your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get "Windows Advanced Options Menu" options ( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep tapping the F8 key). Select the option
"Safe mode with command prompt" and let me know if you are able to boot into it.
Do you have Windows 7 DVD with you?
