Hi acrossn,
I would like to help you here, please reply with more details about the problem. I would like to know which software you are using to convert your Microsoft Word documents and images to PDF. What is the exact nature of the problem, i.e., are the images not appearing or you are getting any error messages when trying the conversion?
Please do write back to us.

Hi ACROSSN,
If you are using Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft provides and Add-in which can convert your documents to PDF. You can download this Add-in from the below mentioned link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=7
If you are looking for third party software, my personal preference is "PrimoPDF". "PrimoPDF" is available for free download from the below mentioned link:
https://download.cnet.com/archive/3000-10743_4-10660924.html
"PrimoPDF" installs a virtual printer on the system. It is accessible from any application. You can print your documents to this printer as PDF.
Do reply with results.
Thanks & Regards

Hi! Zohaib R,
I used the first link to add feature in office 2007. It was really good and it worked to convert all office documents into pdf files.
Thank you very much once again.
