You said your SD card is working with mobile properly, that means your SD card is ok (having no problem with your SD card), you should check your card reader or computer USB ports.

Dear Sir ,
I already checked Mobile & Computer USB Port Also checked card reader, other card are detected but this won is not working please help ,i am not wory about card my data is very very Important,
