computer logs off itself automatically Closed

Question

Hello, my name is charles and i have a compaq intelpentium 4 evo 5110 dff and installed windows xp on it. later i got an avast antivirus and installed it.later i turned off the filesystem shield temporarily and i shut down the computer and after restarting the computer it started logging off automatically.i dont have  any windows xp cd because it got spoilt. idont want to format the comp because iwill lose all my work and i dont have any other computer please help me

Hi, 

As you mentioned the problem started after installing "avast antivirus", have you tried removing the antivirus from the computer and checked? If not, please use "Revo Uninstaller" to remove "avast antivirus" and check. You can download "Revo Uninstaller" from the below mentioned link:
